Here are answers to common queries about our process, features, and services.

How do we create the website designs?

We source high-quality flat-file HTML templates from reputable online designers and then convert them into fully functional WordPress themes. This ensures a professional design, optimised performance, and compatibility with WordPress features.

Can I request custom design changes?

Our service includes configuring the design to match your brand style (colours, logo, typography, etc.). However, custom design changes beyond our included revisions would require a custom development request.

How long does it take to build my website?

Once we receive all the necessary details, your website will be ready within 3-5 business days

Can I add more pages later?

Yes! Content updates under 30 minutes are included. New pages or major content additions can be done at an additional cost.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Payments are made monthly in advance. If overdue, updates stop, and after 4 weeks, the site goes into maintenance mode. After 3 months, the site is archived and requires a $500 recovery fee for reactivation.

Do I own my website?

Once you’ve spent $5000, full ownership is granted. Before that, a pro-rata fee applies to take ownership.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes, we handle hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, and uptime tracking for reliability.

Can I use my own domain?

Absolutely! We provide assistance with domain redirection to point your domain to your new website as we do not supply domains, however we can assist in sourcing one for you if you do not already have one.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. However, we ensure transparency in our services to meet your needs.

Do I get an email address?

No, we do not handle email services, we can assist with getting an email service via Google (recommended) or via your domain host should they offer it.

What if I need help with something not mentioned or included?

Our goal is to get your website up and running with minimal stress to you, so anything we can do to support you we will do our best to provide or answer.
Some requests may require additonial payments but we are transparent and upfront about these costs before hand.
